Sous Vide


The contraption in the foreground is and immersion circulator, which keeps water heated to extremely precise temperatures, an integral part of the 'sous vide' cooking process. The man in the back is Richie. For those who know Richie, this picture is fittingly framed. Learn more about the man and the method.
